This policy covers the indrevo.com website only. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, because each one handles different data. Those are published per app at apppolicies.net and in the relevant store listing.
Who we are
Indrevo is a business name of Twisted Lunacy (ABN 21 979 134 918), an Australian business operating from New South Wales. For any privacy question, request or complaint, write to privacy@indrevo.com and a person will answer within one business day.
What we collect
This site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no login, no shopping cart and no advertising or analytics software of any kind. In practice that leaves three things:
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | Only if you type it into the waitlist form and submit it | To email you once when an app launches |
| Standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, the time | Automatically, on every request, as with any website | Delivering the page, and diagnosing faults and abuse |
| Anything you write to us | Only if you email us | To answer you |
What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by this site, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
- No analytics, no pixels, no advertising or social media trackers.
- No profiling, no automated decision-making, and no tracking you across other websites.
- No location data, no device identifiers, no contacts, no payment details — nothing on this site can be bought, so no payment information is ever entered here.
Who else is involved
Two third parties necessarily see something when you load a page:
- Netlify hosts and serves this site, and so processes the server logs described above on our behalf. Their servers are outside Australia.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a font means your browser makes a request to Google, which discloses your IP address and user-agent to them. We do not receive anything from Google in return.
That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, we do not trade it, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Because Netlify and Google operate overseas, using this site involves your information being handled outside Australia. Australian Privacy Principle 8 requires us to say so plainly, and that is what this paragraph is for.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every launch email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
- Server logs — retained by our host for a short operational period and then discarded. We do not keep our own copy.
- Emails you send us — kept while the matter is open, and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to privacy@indrevo.com. We will not charge you for a request and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a privacy matter, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still unsatisfied you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security and breaches
The site is static and holds no database of personal information, which removes most of the risk by design. Waitlist submissions are held by our form provider and are accessible only to us. If an eligible data breach ever occurs, we will follow the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme: contain it, assess it, and notify both the OAIC and the people affected as soon as practicable.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through it. Individual apps set their own age requirements, some of which are 18+, and those are stated in each app's own policy and store listing.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people on the waitlist will also be mentioned in the next email we send.
